Jubilee Home Dinner
Jubilee Home works with men in the Durham community to create a place that bridges the gap between incarceration and full independence. We are looking for a few folks to sign up to prepare and eat a meal with the men on the last Tuesday of the month.
Pancakes for World Relief
We are cohosting a pancake supper benefiting our mission partner World Relief Durham on Shrove Tuesday, Mar 4 @ Oak Church (2020 Chapel Hill Rd #33). Email elizabeth@allgather.org with questions.
Ash Wednesday
Mark the beginning of Lent with the reminder that we are dust and to dust we will return. Come by the office on March 5 from 9am - 6pm and receive ashes.

Parents of babies, preschoolers, elementary schoolers, and youth are invited to enjoy a Parent Night Out dinner at Katherine Hawthorne's home while kiddos hang out at Hope Valley Baptist (6900 Garrett Rd). We ask that everyone bring a dish to share! RSVP with evan@allgather.org
Going Away Party for Riley
The Cormier family is graciously throwing a farewell celebration for our worship leader, Riley Taylor before he moves to California! Join us at their house for pizza and fun Friday evening. Please bring a side, salad or sweet treat to share.

Kids & Youth Rock Climbing
GC young(ish) adults are taking elementary kids and youth rock climbing at TRC Durham! We’ll have lunch at Reality, then climb from 1-3pm. Cost is $20 per family total, with lunch and climbing included.

Jubilee Home Better Together
In partnership with DurhamCares, our mission partner Jubilee Home is hosting the second annual Better Together: Stories event at the Carolina Theatre. This year’s event will feature stories of bravery and resilience from our folks who are defined by their strengths and not their weaknesses.

Christmas Hymn Sing
Join us for during 10am worship for a time of singing Christmas carols and reflecting on where we have seen God this Advent. We will have childcare for 5 and under only.
Christmas Eve Service
Join us for our annual candlelight service at The Reality Center. This service is family friendly, but we will not provide childcare.
Potluck
After worship on December 22, we will share a potluck meal in the back community room. As you are able, please bring a main, side, salad or sweet to share. Wanna help? Email Elizabeth.
Reality Live Nativity
Support mission partner Reality Ministries and witness the nativity come to life at the Reality Center from 6-7PM.

We are partnering with Reality and Trinity Ave Pres Church to make a monthly meal for a Monday night Reality group on November 11.
Blessing Baskets
Our goal is to provide 18 baskets for Arise and 18 baskets for Jubilee. Both of these organizations provide re-entry services for folks transitioning out of the carceral system. Sign-up with Elizabeth and see the list of requested items. We will collect and bless these baskets during worship on December 15.
