GC Kids Produce “Mission Possible” Short Film

In Spring 2025, Susie Bird approached our Children’s Pastor, Evan, with an idea to produce a short film with GC Kids. Susie and her daughter, who now works in the film industry, grew up creating fun films together.

Under Susie’s creative leadership, GC Kids worked together over the summer to create “Mission Possible.” We believe that we are called to become a church that celebrates our diverse gifts to bless God and others. We are grateful to Susie for sharing her creative gifts with our kids and congregation!

We also believe that children are not only welcome in worship, but leaders in worship. Children helped storyboard, create props, and of coursed starred in the film itself. You might also see special guest appearances from some of our GC Youth, staff, and even our founding pastor.
