New Year’s is a great time to take a fresh step towards something good for our lives. It is almost impossible to not feel a moment of opportunity, no matter how fleeting it is.

A New Year gives us permission to hope and maybe even the courage to do something.

This Sunday at the Gathering Church I invite you to Reset a very particular hope – a hope for God’s work in your life.

Psalm 98 calls us to sing a new song to the Lord for he has done marvelous things. This call assumes our need to be renewed, to once again find our hope in the greatness of what God has done and can do.

How can we focus more on God’s great work in our lives when the world is so broken and uncertain?

Why were the people of God able to sing a new song?

What do we become when we praise God?

Let’s find out this Sunday.

I look forward to seeing you.
